Takuya Tainaka 

Profile

Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, completed its graduate school and the master degree at the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. Has received awards such as 3rd prize (Highest category) in PTNA Piano Competition, award of encouragement in Ettlingen International Competition for Young Pianists, 3rd prize in Massarosa International Piano Competition and so on. Has given recitals in Japan and Europe, and performed with orchestras in Japan, Europe, and Brazil. Also has been actively teaching. Currently a lecturer at Tokyo University of the Arts and a member of the repertoire selection committee at PTNA Piano Competition.
